For the first time ever in Paris, a French musical written and composed in the style of a British show will be performed in the majestic setting of the Salle Gaveau. A 15-member actor-singer-dancer troupe accompanied by a seven-member orchestra will give a brilliant and highly entertaining performance of Charles Dickens’s classic story of a young orphan boy attempting to survive on the streets of London. Along the way, he meets a host of colourful characters and experiences a series of adventures until he is finally reunited with his relatives. You will assist to the performances from the 23 September 2016 at the Salle Gaveau, a listed building.
The English surtitles provided by Theatre in Paris will enable English speakers too to enjoy this engrossing production. The easy-to-follow technique allows viewers to comfortably read the surtitles projected on to a screen above the stage in perfect synchronization with the performance.
