The brunch is created by Japanese chef Kayori Hirano. She offers you a culinary journey through a fusion of Japanese food and French cuisine. In terms of savoury food, you will find many carefully prepared dishes: - guacamole, Japanese radishes, quinoa salad, salmon, prawns … There is a selection of delicious pizzas or mini burgers to snack on.
