Prestigious services for private events are equally upscale. Everything is possible, without moderation!
A resolutely Parisian institution, Fouquet’s is the essential rendezvous spot for those in the art, show business and corporate worlds. Fouquet’s has 50 bedrooms and 31 luxury suites, 3 bars and 5 restaurants, each with a different setting, and particular atmosphere and cuisine. For evening functions or private events, Fouquet’s has two large first floor salons (the Raimu salon and the Nimier salon) 100 and 60 m2, capable of hosting between 50 and 100 people according to the format required. Clubbing evenings can also be organized (times to be determined). For more confidential receptions, the James Joyce and Delluc salons, on avenue George V, can host tables of 8 to 12 guests in an elegant setting with natural daylight. For larger receptions (up to 120 guests) with a lounge atmosphere, receptions can be held on the François André terrace, which has an exceptional view overlooking the world’s most famous avenue. Finally, for seminars, Fouquet’s has a specifically-equipped salon (with a view of the hotel’s private garden) capable of hosting 19 people.

Hotel Scribe Paris
Within immediate proximity to the Palais Garnier Opera House, in what was formerly the home of the highly urbane Jockey Club, l'Hôtel Scribe is a tribute to Parisian culture.
This 213-room luxury establishment (which includes 9 suites and 2 duplex apartments), has retained its calm and elegant ‘dandy’ atmosphere, typical of the 18th century. Its 2 restaurants – Le Lumière (1 star in the Michelin Guide) and the Obscur – serve authentic and gastronomic cuisine, whilst its famous tea room – the 1T. Rue Scribe – mixes Parisian elegance with essences of Asia, in a boudoir atmosphere. For private events, the hotel has 4 fully-equipped modular meeting rooms and 2 reception rooms for large-scale events.
Le 1895 – the largest of its private-hire spaces – covers a surface area of 200 m2 and can host up to 110 guests for a sit-down dinner and 150 people for a cocktail reception. Then, there are the Louis and Auguste Lumière salons, which can host 60 and 90 guests according to the type of event. The catering offered for private events can be entirely personalized, according to the nature of the event. The Sofitel group, owner of the Scribe, also organizes exclusive services to accompany each event (seminars, weddings or private evening functions).
Intercontinental Paris Le Grand
With its 398 bedrooms and 72 suites right next to the Palais Garnier Opera House, the Intercontinental Paris Le Grand embodies the spirit of Grand Paris... Luxury and comfort are the keywords here for the organizing of exceptional events. Sumptuously renovated in 2003 in a Second Empire style, the hotel has numerous advantages for the organization of an unforgettable event. Its 2,200 m2 conference area is unique. 21 rooms, (including 13 salons with natural daylight) equipped with the latest multimedia technology, play host to public and private events of all sizes, from small meetings of around 20 people to more grandiose events like for example in the Salon Opéra, the most illustrious ballroom in Paris. And there is also the 800 m2 winter garden in the middle of the hotel.
The Café de la Paix – the famous restaurant at the Grand Hôtel – may also be privatized for a unique evening function.
Opulence and comfort. Under the elegant arcades of the rue de Rivoli, opposite the Tuileries Gardens, Le Meurice is an oasis of calm in the heart of the capital. The 160 guest rooms of this palace, all equipped with marble bathrooms, are decorated in the style of Louis XVI. The common areas are all equally stylish and are evidently suited to exceptional private events. The hotel’s restaurants (Le Meurice, 3 stars in the Michelin Guide, and the Dali decorated by Philippe and Ara Starck) are under the aegis of three-time-starred chef Yannick Alléno. For private events, this hotel has 5 salons (3 communicating) situated on the ground floor, including the famous Pompadour salon with its particularly refined decoration and furniture. The terrace, to which only certain of the finest suites have access, like the Belle Étoile, offers a unique view of the Tuileries, the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. Its 250 m² can become a unique venue for upscale events. These private-hire spaces are suitable for small intimate receptions for 5 guests, or events on a large scale, like themed evenings created around a specific type of decor, which can host up to 450 guests. Evening functions with dancing may be organized here (times to be arranged). For weddings, private events or corporate meetings, partners of the Meurice offer numerous services to assist clients, such as putting together bespoke programmes for group tours of Paris, or making a transport service available for transfers.
The Plaza Athénée
Located on avenue Montaigne, this icon of French luxury has an exceptional setting that blends tradition and modernity. The bar of the Plaza Athénée, redecorated by designer Patrick Jouin, is one of the most high-society places in Paris and a particularly original place to organize private evening functions or corporate events. With its DJ box it can be converted into a club where it is possible to dance the night away until 2am in the morning. For dining, the five restaurants (including the outdoor Cour Jardin at the heart of the hotel, where a skating rink is installed in winter.) are managed by Alain Ducasse, one of the most talented chefs in the world.
For the organization of private events, seminars or corporate evening functions, the palace has 3 exceptional places, each with a specific atmosphere: the Marie-Antoinette salon, the Dorchester salon and the bar of the Plaza Athénée. It is possible to host 170 guests for cocktail evenings (120 people for the Marie-Antoinette salon and 50 for the Dorchester salon), or 100 or so guests for a sit-down meal. What’s more, the staff at the Plaza Athénée offer bespoke services (decoration, transfer, valet parking, etc.) for each of these events, and even bespoke tours of Paris for groups.
