Hôtel de Crillon*****

The Hôtel de Crillon, a Rosewood Hotel was completely transformed in 2017 after 4 years of extensive renovation work. It is now the essence of French art de vivre. With 124 bedrooms and suites overlooking either the pedestrianized street Boissy d'Anglas or the interior courtyards, the hotel offers several categories of accommodation, from the Executive Room to the Grands Appartements (335 m² in total). Some suites can be hired to hold private receptions in true luxury settings. The Marie-Antoinette suite, for example, offers a 60 m² living room covered with a superb Aubusson tapestry, and 2 terraces, one of which (37 m²) has a view of Place de la Concorde. For a business breakfast or tea in the afternoon, the Cour d'Honneur and the Cour Gabriel, with their magnificent plants and fountains, provide a welcoming and chic atmosphere. The Crillon also has spaces for larger scale events. Three reception rooms full of history, which have been witness to statesmen and royal families, can be combined for events for up to 240 people. A meeting room for 12 people and a private wine cellar for 15 people complete the offer. The bespoke options and cuisine offered by Chef Christopher Hache and pastry chef Jérôme Chaucesse, ‘Meilleur Ouvrier de France’, ensure a prestigious event in the heart of an emblematic place in the French capital.
The Westin Paris-Vendôme****

Ideally situated between Place Vendôme and the Tuileries Gardens, The Westin Paris-Vendôme combines Parisian chic with design and technology. The hotel has 428 rooms and suites, 2 restaurants and a magnificent terrace. The restaurant ‘Le First’ offers authentic and inventive cuisine in an elegant and cosy atmosphere, ideal for a delicious brunch. With new decor every year, the terrace (for up to 150 people) changes with the seasons from winter garden to summer terrace. The Westin offers many options for your corporate or private events in its 13 Second Empire style reception rooms. Ranging from 126 m² to 414 m², they can accommodate up to 1,200 people for prestigious receptions, dinners and cocktail receptions, and each offer something different. The most impressive of them, the Imperial Salon, can host up to 600 people and provides a luxurious setting furnished with huge chandeliers, marble and elaborate wood panelling. Some suites can also be privately hired for more confidential events. The Presidential Suite has a spacious lounge, ideal for meetings or product launches and affords a breathtaking view of the Tuileries Gardens and the Eiffel Tower.
The Royal Monceau Raffles Paris*****

The Royal Monceau Raffles Paris, a palace hotel located just a few steps from the Champs-Elysées, has 149 rooms and suites that mix contemporary design with inimitable Parisian elegance. The establishment’s 4 restaurants, including the Michelin-starred ‘Il Carpaccio’, honour the cuisine of different countries, such as Japan, France and Italy, for unparalleled tasting experiences. The magnificent terrace, which is shared between the different restaurants, changes with the seasons. For events (up to 120 people), the hotel has 147 m² of welcoming and modular space, bathed in natural light. It is also possible to hold a reception in one of the 3 presidential suites (280 m² to 350 m) designed like authentic Parisian apartments – ideal for corporate events. Fouquet's Barrière*****

A resolutely Parisian institution, Fouquet’s is the essential rendezvous spot for those in the art, show business and corporate worlds. Situated on the corner of avenue George V and avenue Champs-Élysées, this prestigious address is ideally situated for holding exceptional events. Fouquet’s has 50 bedrooms and 31 luxury suites, 3 bars and 5 restaurants, each with a different setting, and particular atmosphere and cuisine. La Petite Maison de Nicole, run by chef Jean-Yves Leuranguer is the Parisian version of the restaurant in Nice created by Nicole Rubi, known for his inventive and colourful cuisine.
For evening functions or private events, Fouquet’s has two large first floor salons (the Raimu salon and the Nimier salon) 100 and 60 m2, capable of hosting between 50 and 100 people according to the format required. Clubbing evenings can also be organized (times to be determined). For more confidential receptions, the James Joyce and Delluc salons, on avenue George V, can host tables of 8 to 12 guests in an elegant setting with natural daylight. For larger receptions (up to 120 guests) with a lounge atmosphere, receptions can be held on the François André terrace, which has an exceptional view overlooking the world’s most famous avenue. Finally, for seminars, Fouquet’s has a specifically-equipped salon (with a view of the hotel’s private garden) capable of hosting 19 people.
Hotel Scribe Paris*****

Within immediate proximity to the Palais Garnier Opera House, in what was formerly the home of the highly urbane Jockey Club, l'Hôtel Scribe is a tribute to Parisian culture.
This 213-room luxury establishment (which includes 9 suites and 2 duplex apartments), has retained its calm and elegant ‘dandy’ atmosphere, typical of the 18th century. Its 2 restaurants – Le Lumière (1 star in the Michelin Guide) and the Obscur – serve authentic and gastronomic cuisine, whilst its famous tea room – the 1T. Rue Scribe – mixes Parisian elegance with essences of Asia, in a boudoir atmosphere. For private events, the hotel has 4 fully-equipped modular meeting rooms and 2 reception rooms for large-scale events.
Le 1895 – the largest of its private-hire spaces – covers a surface area of 200 m2 and can host up to 110 guests for a sit-down dinner and 150 people for a cocktail reception. Then, there are the Louis and Auguste Lumière salons, which can host 60 and 90 guests according to the type of event. The catering offered for private events can be entirely personalized, according to the nature of the event. The Sofitel group, owner of the Scribe, also organizes exclusive services to accompany each event (seminars or private evening functions).
Intercontinental Paris Le Grand*****

With its 398 bedrooms and 72 suites right next to the Palais Garnier Opera House, the Intercontinental Paris Le Grand embodies the spirit of Grand Paris... Luxury and comfort are the keywords here for the organizing of exceptional events. Sumptuously renovated in 2003 in a Second Empire style, the hotel has numerous advantages for the organization of an unforgettable event. Its 2,200 m2 conference area is unique. 21 rooms, (including 13 salons with natural daylight) equipped with the latest multimedia technology, play host to public and private events of all sizes, from small meetings of around 20 people to more grandiose events like for example in the Salon Opéra, the most illustrious ballroom in Paris. Features include a ceiling height of 14 metres, a monumental chandelier, gilding and mirrors, gala dinners for 450 guests (700 guests in cocktail format), or evenings with dancing until 1am in the morning. Jointly with the Salon Ravel and the superb adjoining conservatory, the room is able to receive 960 guests for dinner (1,600 for a cocktail reception). And there is also the 800 m2 winter garden in the middle of the hotel.
The Café de la Paix – the famous restaurant at the Grand Hôtel – may also be privatized for a unique evening function.
Le Meurice*****

Opulence and comfort. Under the elegant arcades of the rue de Rivoli, opposite the Tuileries Gardens, Le Meurice is an oasis of calm in the heart of the capital. The 160 guest rooms of this palace, all equipped with marble bathrooms, are decorated in the style of Louis XVI. The common areas are all equally stylish and are evidently suited to exceptional private events. The hotel’s restaurants (Le Meurice, 3 stars in the Michelin Guide, and the Dali decorated by Philippe and Ara Starck) are under the aegis of three-time-starred chef Yannick Alléno. For private events, this hotel has 5 salons (3 communicating) situated on the ground floor, including the famous Pompadour salon with its particularly refined decoration and furniture. The terrace, to which only certain of the finest suites have access, like the Belle Étoile, offers a unique view of the Tuileries, the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. Its 250 m² can become a unique venue for upscale events. These private-hire spaces are suitable for small intimate receptions for 5 guests, or events on a large scale, like themed evenings created around a specific type of decor, which can host up to 450 guests. Evening functions with dancing may be organized here (times to be arranged). For private events or corporate meetings, partners of the Meurice offer numerous services to assist clients, such as putting together bespoke programmes for group tours of Paris, or making a transport service available for transfers.
Mandarin Oriental Paris*****

The Mandarin Oriental's Royal Suite is proof enough of the luxuriousness of this establishment on rue Saint-Honoré, halfway between place Vendôme and the Tuileries Gardens. With a total surface area of 350 m2, it offers a unique circular view of the rooftops of Paris and the capital’s greatest monuments (Montmartre, Palais Garnier Opera House, the Louvre, and the Madeleine, etc.) from its terrace. On two levels, this suite is an ideal honeymoon setting. It has a huge lounge with terrace and lacquered wood table. The Mandarin has 138 guest rooms, including 39 suites with two or three bedrooms. Its two restaurants – Le Sur Mesure (two stars in the Michelin Guide) and Le Camélia, bathed in daylight – are supervised by starred chef Thierry Marx, whose team create personalized menus for private events organized at the hotel.
The Mandarin Oriental has 4 rooms for corporate meetings and private dinners, overlooking the garden with its trees and camellias. Fully modular and equipped with the latest technology, these rooms can host between 12 and 60 guests for dinners, cocktails or evening functions with dancing (times to be determined). The establishment offers a range of services for private events like corporate seminars.
Shangri-La Hotel Paris*****

The Shangri-La Hotel Paris is, undoubtedly, one of the ten exceptional establishments of the capital. Overlooking the Seine and the Tour Eiffel, the Shangri-La is located in the prestigious walls of the Palais Iéna, the former residence of Roland Bonaparte. Its 81 rooms and its 27 beautiful suites (one of them has a 100m² private terrace) designed by the architect Pierre-Yves Rochon, ans its grandiose and luminous lounges in Empire style, make it a unique place for the organization of extraordinary events. The Lutetia*****

After 4 years of renovation works directed by internationally renowned architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, the Lutetia reopened its doors in July 2018. This iconic hotel on Paris’s Left Bank, built in 1910 in an Art Deco style, is located at the heart of the village-like Saint-Germain-des-Prés district.
