The Méridien’s design team called on the London-based architectural firm Michaelis Boyd Associates to imagine a new, spacious and chic club in a modern mid-century style at the Méridien Étoile. The solid colours and vintage furnishings take pride of place and careful attention has been paid to the selection of seating for optimal comfort. The lighting system has also been updated so that it can be adjusted to suit different atmospheres. The interior design has therefore been totally reimagined for a new creative experience.
The Jazz Club Etoile is available for private hire from Sunday to Wednesday for events from 50 to 150 people with a bespoke offer and the opportunity to enjoy live music. Semi-private hire may be possible forgroups of 10 to 40 people on request during concerts open to the public from Thursday to Saturday. The Jazz Club Etoile concert programme features all styles of jazz, blues, funk and soul, played by small formations, big bands, etc.
Ludovic Boisard the bar manager and his team have put together a cocktail menu of 30 cocktails. Tempting creations include Be Bop (Get 31, Champagne, strawberry juice), Latin Jazz (tequila, tonic, apple juice and cherry syrup) as well as other surprising creations ... For a light snack, the executive chef of the hotel Laurent Bélijar offers a tempting selection of finger food and various dishes to share: platters of charcuterie and cheeses, gourmet club sandwich, and a wide range of delicious croques-monsieur.
