Le Toit de la Grande Arche
After closing for 8 years, le Toit de la Grande Arche, in La Défense business district, is once again open! The adventure begins with a ride up in one of the panoramic lifts. The doors open at a height of 110 metres on the 35th floor promenade deck. This rooftop, spanning the entire length of the roof (110 metres), is available for private hire for up to 1,000 people and affords breathtaking views of the landscape and landmark sites such as the Louvre, the Louis Vuitton Foundation and the Eiffel Tower. The roof’s 1,200 m² interior space hosts exhibitions of work by major or up-and-coming photojournalists. The Grande Arche also boasts 3 amphitheatres (each with 150 seats), equipped with the latest technology. The bistronomic restaurant seats 50 people for private events.
Les Docks - Cité de la Mode et du Design
Les Docks – Cité de la Mode et du Design are reconverted former warehouses on the Austerlitz quayside that have been a Parisian events venue since 2012. The Cité, instantly recognisable with its green contemporary architecture, is devoted to emerging artistic creation. It welcomes all kind of events up to 3,000 people. For a reception with a view, opt for the Atelier, a 270 m² glass-encased space on the building’s first floor overlooking the Seine (up to 250 people in cocktail party configuration). On sunny days, the impressive 600 m²-rooftop between Seine and sky can be privately hired for up to 500 people.
Observatoire panoramique de la Tour Montparnasse
Take one of the high-speed lifts at the Montparnasse Tower for a 38-second ride to the ‘Espace 56’, 200 metres above the ground. This panoramic function room, on the 56th floor of the building, is the highest in Europe! The 350 m²-space hosts all your seminars, conferences, dinners … for events up to 150 guests in theatre configuration and 300 for a cocktail reception. Large glass windows, warm and contemporary decor and a 360° view of the French capital make it a magical place, day or night. And if that is not high enough for you, then the panoramic observation deck on the 59th floor, the highest in Paris at 210 metres, is also available for full- or private hire!
LAZ’ Hôtel Spa Urbain 4*
For a truly private event, the lofts of the brand new LAZ’ Hôtel Spa Urbain 4* are available for private hire. This 56-room boutique hotel in an industrial and bohemian style is situated in the cosmopolitan area of the Saint-Lazare train station. The loft terrace, perched on the 6th floor, offers a magnificent view of the Parisian rooftops and a 12 m² terrace. The loft terrace LAZ' occupies the whole of the 7th and last floor and its private terrace affords a stunning view of the Sacré Cœur basilica. Decorated with natural light-coloured parquet, painted bricks and steel, the lofts offer a New York interlude in the centre of the city.
