This new address, on the 7th and 8th floors of Printemps de l’Homme, combines good food (100% French) with a 360° view of Paris. It is a unique and elegant showcase for French regional produce, a mix of market, delicatessen and restaurant spaces.
The 7th floor (900 m²) is given over to fine food suppliers: quality products, chosen with care and reflecting the expertise of French craftsmanship with, for example, smoked salmon, wine, chocolates, jams, cakes, tea and coffee. A true temple of gastronomy!
The 8th floor is a big ‘market in the sky' (800 m²), offering take-aways or sit-down meals (260 seats including 70 on the terrace). The current pick of creative chefs and food artisans have tasting areas around large mosaic-tiled counters, luminous cooker hoods, and glass lights: Akrame Benallal for meat, fish and fruit and vegetables; Christophe Michalak for cakes and pastries; Gontran Cherrier for bread; and Laurent Dubois (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) for cheese.
