Contemporary design has been blended with the Lutetia's existing magnificent art nouveau and art deco features. This is apparent in the 184 new elegant and modern guest rooms that are more spacious and bright and decorated in a palette of navy blue and caramel colours. The luxury hotel’s guest rooms also include 47 suites, of which seven are signature suites with two opening onto a private 74 m² terrace with panoramic views of the capital.
Several spaces are available for private hire for corporate or private luxury events: rooms with state-of-the-art equipment, the sumptuous ballroom, the Cristal Room (300 people), as well as a brand-new patio area in the heart of the hotel that can accommodate 40 people for a light meal.
For dining, the Brasserie Lutetia (seats 180) opening in September will offer a classic menu designed by starred chef Gérald Passédat. Also of note, the Joséphine Bar, with jazz music and a selection of light snacks, the Salon Saint-Germain for lunch and dinner, the Orangerie for breakfast and brunch, and the exclusive cigar bar.
Finally, the 700 m2 wellbeing centre, ‘Akasha’ – the signature spa brand of The Set, is a real gem in the heart of Paris, with individual treatment rooms, a sauna, a steam room, a jacuzzi and a 17-metre-long swimming pool benefiting from natural light.
And so, the Lutetia, this mythical hotel that first opened in 1910, and which was a creative crossroads for numerous celebrities including Ernest Hemingway and Pablo Picasso, opens a new chapter in its history!
