A touch of elegance
Make an impression by opting for ELEGANCE. Why not receive your guests in the chic Salons Marceau (renovated in 2016), next to the Arc de Triomphe? Their 5 entirely-modular spaces can accommodate up to 300 people. Or, discover the Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild, an hôtel particulier and a listed building in the same neighbourhood. The venue boasts a 3,900 m² garden and reception spaces spread over 1,300 m² (100 to 1,300 people). Over towards the former stock exchange, the Palais Brongniart promises an upscale event (up to 1,500 people for a cocktail party) in a historical listed building, with bespoke catering services and various activities. Head to the Champs-Elysées to admire the Pavillon Wagram. This 3-floor hôtel particulier has a surface area of more than 800 m² and 2 terraces, plus a magnificent view of the Arc de Triomphe, for evening functions of up to 800 people. The Hilton Paris Opéra offers a prestigious setting in the heart of Paris. Among the 800 m² of space for private hire, the Salon Baccarat (180 people), with its lofty ceilings and magnificent crystal chandeliers will amaze your guests.
New in 2018 are the Pavillon Gabriel and the 5-star hotel Lutetia. The former has been fully renovated and is a haven of peace boasting a huge terrace and exceptional reception rooms (up to 900 people); the latter, a mythical Parisian palace, has also reopened this year after a complete refit, and offers numerous reception rooms, notably the ‘Cristal’ ballroom (700 m²).
A hint of culture
Give your evening event a CULTURAL note! The Museum National d’Histoire Naturelle provides an unusual setting with its Grande Galerie de l’Evolution, in the midst of the natural history collections. The latter comprises several spaces available for private hire separately or in full, able to host from 80 to 1,200 people. The Atelier des Lumières, opened in 2018, will amaze your guests (from 50 to 1,200 people) with a unique immersive artistic experience. This first digital centre in Paris gives you the option of projecting your own images on a chosen theme.
For an event in a green setting, the WIP (up to 680 people) or Folies — small quirky buildings in the Parc de la Villette ranging from 40 m² to 100 m² -, lend themselves to numerous types of events in the heart of the park. What’s more, some of the Folies have a terrace and/or a panoramic view. For cinema buffs, there is the Fondation Jérôme Seydoux-Pathé, dedicated to silent movies. It is housed in a majestic new transparent ensemble with 5 floors, and a garden, designed by architect Renzo Piano and built onto the historic facade sculpted by Rodin. It welcomes your evening functions, for up to 250 people.
A taste of Parisian nightlife
Be daring and choose a PARISIAN NIGHT SPOT for your end of year party with dancing. Book the Buddha-Bar for a mood with Asian flavours, up to 500 people, or its speakeasy, the Secret 8, for original cocktails in an intimate setting (25 people). The Moulin Rouge is a dream place to welcome your guests in a mythical French music hall, with private rooms for up to 50 people or for larger groups in the 900-seat main room. For a more rock ’n’ roll atmosphere, the Bus Palladium, once frequented by Mick Jagger, immerses you in a vintage decor for evening functions up to 550 people.
The Faust, located under the Pont Alexandre III, has a magnificent 400 m² heated terrace, an indoor room with a view of the Seine, and a tunnel with cutting-edge technology that can transform into a nightclub, for up to 1,400 people. Finally, if you are looking for an offbeat place, Paris Clandestin welcomes you in its 15th-century cellar, tucked away in the Marais, and in its 3 private spaces (up to 250 people).
A dash of water
For even more originality, opt for a venue ON THE WATER. Quai Ouest, a restaurant with a guinguette atmosphere, offers customers an amazing view of the Seine through its large plate glass windows and from its covered and heated terrace. The modern and cosy room is also available for private hire for up to 400 people. L'Ile, another restaurant along the Seine, offers various spaces with warm stylish interiors, or full private hire, for up to 280 people for a sit-down dinner. It also has a huge terrace and an independent 200 m² pavilion within a short walking distance.
For events (up to 200 people) in the heart of Paris, the barge Flow, at the foot of the Alexandre III bridge, is both an entertainment venue, a rooftop, a club and a restaurant, and affords views of the most beautiful monuments in the capital. For a moveable feast with breathtaking moments, head to the new Ducasse sur Seine (up to 146 people). Enjoy a gastronomic menu, exemplary service, cruise and stop in front of the glittering Eiffel Tower ...
