After a postponement due to Covid-19, the latest work of the contemporary couple Christo and Jeanne-Claude finally comes to fruition. This monumental installation, created posthumously in full respect of Christo's wishes (who died in 2020), will dress the Arc de Triomphe with 25,000 m² of recyclable blue-silver polypropylene fabric and 3,000 meters of recyclable red polypropylene rope for 16 days. A true "living object" in the words of the artist, the Arc de Triomphe will come alive in the wind and reflect the light in a new way.
