  • Opening, in 15th arrondissement's Beaugrenelle area, of Yooma, new "urban lodge" hotel concept by French designer Ora Ito with artist Daniel Buren, including a hotel with 106 rooms (2, 4 & 6 beds), a restaurant, meeting rooms, vegetable garden and artist studios (early June 2017)
     
  • Opening at Porte de Sèvres of the first Okko hotel in Paris, with a new French concept of 4-star-hotel with a single rate (€250) all-inclusive: Wi-Fi, telephone, movies, open bar, fitness etc. 149 rooms, architecture by Jean-Michel Wilmotte (7 June 2017)
     
  • Reopening of the Hôtel de Crillon, managed Rosewood Hotels & Resorts group: redesign of the 124 rooms and suites in a 18th century style, creation of a spa and swimming pool, opening of a wine cellar and cigar lounge (5 July 2017)
     
  • Opening near Saint-Lazare train station of the Distrikt Lazare, 56-room hotel with meeting room, cocktail bar, pool and spa (July 2017)

  • Reopening after full renovation of the Lutetia****by French architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte: creation of a courtyard, a swimming pool and a 700-m² spa. Upcoming decor will be Art Nouveau with Lalique chandeliers, the facade, a heritage landmark, will be kept. Reopening with 190 rooms (previously 231), an extended brasserie. 5* category requested (late 2017)
     
  • Opening of a Holiday Inn Express*** hotel at Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle airport, with 305 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and 50 parking places (early 2018)

  • Opening by Marriott International of a 5* hotel with 39 rooms and 37 suites in the "hôtel de Berri", 1930s mansion off Champs-Élysées, under The Luxury Collection by Starwood banner.   • Opening by Evok Hotels Collection group of Brach Paris, deluxe hotel at 37 Rue de la Pompe in the 16th arrondissement: 59 rooms and suites with Eiffel Tower view, restaurant, two bars, pastry shop, 26-mt pool, spa & fitness and vegetable garden on the roof.
