  • Opening on Boulevard Poissonnière of the Hôtel des Grands Boulevards by Experimental Group, with 50 rooms, a restaurant and a rooftop bar; design by Dorothée Meilichzon (January 19, 2018)
     
  • Opening of the Dress Code hotel at 5 Rue de Caumartin, near the department stores, with 33 rooms, pool and spa (January 2018)

  • Opening by the Maranatha group of the former Astor Saint-Honoré****, fully renovated and branded Maison Astor Paris, Curio Collection by Hilton (February 19, 2018)
     
  • Reopening after full renovation of the Lutetia by The Set Hotels group. French architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte designed a new courtyard, a 17-mt swimming pool and a 700-m² Akasha spa. Upcoming decor will be Art Nouveau with Lalique chandeliers, the facade, a heritage landmark, will be kept.
