  • Opening of Octopus, trendy brasserie and cocktail bar by Maison Rostang in La Défense (early April 2019)
  • Opening of a 4,000-m² gourmet store dedicated to Italian gastronomy, Eataly, 35 Rue Sainte-Croix de la Bretonnerie in the Marais, with 7 counters, delicatessen, wines etc. (12 April 2019)
  • Opening of a Brasserie Bocuse at the Hôtel du Louvre (April 2019)
  • Opening of a new concept at La Gare in the 16th arrondissement with chef Gastón Acurio: world food and barbecue, and 300 seats indoor + 300 outdoor (mid-April 2019)
  • Opening in a former train station of the Petite Ceinture railroad of Le Poinçon restaurant, located Porte d'Orléans (April 2019)
  • Opening after renovation of gourmet restaurant Jules Verne on the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower, with Michelin-starred chef Frédéric Anton (mid-May 2019). In September 2019, launch of a gourmet breakast option, from 7:30am.
