La Scala Paris is 'the venue where anything is possible', said Yoann Bourgeois in the film shown during the opening of the room in September 2018. That is so true!
Here, together, we talk, we dream, we change things along the way, always with the aim of offering artists and audiences the best possible conditions.

RestaurantPre-show or after-show snacks, at the bar adjoining the restaurant or in the hall, menus and à la carte dishes offer a constantly updated cuisine. Here, everything is possible: a dish that's a real treat in winter, a classic gastronomical dish revisited for a modern taste or a summer salad with new flavours. The prices are low so that everyone can share these moments of conviviality. Particular emphasis is placed on the quality of the welcome and the professionalism of the staff, both in the dining room and in the kitchen. The Restaurant & Bar La Scala Paris, whether in terms of products, mainly organic, or the environmental impact of the kitchens, is committed to ethical cooking. At the head of this new address on the Parisian culinary scene, Danièle and Georges SENGEL, parents of Mélanie BIESSY, founders and former proprietors of the restaurant ZIMMER–SENGEL in Strasbourg.
